Tiny details, big impacts.

I am a content enthusiast and user advocate who believes in the incredible impact small design choices can make on the overall product journey. I enjoy the collaborative problem solving process, as well as the individual research, design, and writing aspects of content creation and strategy. Being able to contribute in various ways to an organization has led me to value continuing educational and professional growth, and inspires me to challenge myself and learn from others.

To this end, I have two advanced degrees - a Masters degree focused on public policy analysis, and a Graduate Certificate in Digital Media and Design. I have also received a Google Analytics for Beginners Certification, a UXQBⓇ certification. I have experience creating logos and digital artifacts with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, managing projects and teams with Jira, designing user flows and interfaces with Figma, and compiling research and other copy for use in presentations and other written proposals.
